I haven’t been looking after myself very well recently. I have been eating far too much junk food, not exercising and as a result I have put on some extra weight and am feeling a bit unfit generally.
From tomorrow I am going to be eating better and start exercising more as well as making an effort to reduce my stress levels. I have started this blog in order to document my progress.
My aim is to lose at least a couple of stones but more importantly to get fit and healthy.
