Today was perhaps the best day I had in quite a while (in terms of work anyway). It is interesting that the day I have found to be my best is the day that everything seemed to go wrong.

I have known for a long time that I work better when I have a looming deadline over my head. However, I am quickly coming to the conclusion that I also work better when I am under pressure or everything is falling apart around me. I enjoy organising things and putting things back together again.

Now I just need to find a way that I can use these skills in some kind of job. It is further complicated by my lack so skill in anything even remotely physical. I am probably the most clumsy and directionally challenged person on this planet which means I have to make sure I don’t work in any role that involves being near sharp or heavy objects!

Obviously, my dream job is award winning author but on the (pretty substantial) chance that I don’t make it I feel like I need a viable fall back plan…
