Today was my last day at work before the bank holiday weekend. I now have 4 days off work. I am going to use these days off to get in some good miles in terms of running as well as taking some time to relax (rather than rushing around the whole time).
This weekend is easter so there are lots of vegan friendly chocolates in the shops but I am going to try my best to avoid these. I think that this will be the hardest part of me getting back on top my diet and exercise. Being off for a few days makes me want to snack more so this is something that I will have to keep an eye on.
I am really hoping that by the end of this long weekend I will be feeling a lot more positive and optimistic, ready to take on next weeks challenges and running
