I weighed myself this morning for the first time in a few weeks and I am back to where I started at the beginning of the year.
It feels bad to be back to where I started in terms of my weight but it isn’t really surprising with what I have been going trough as well as the way that I have been feeling over the last month or so. There is nothing that I can do about this other than trying my best to eat better and exercise more than I have been for the last month.
Even though this is a disappointing place to be, I am sure that I can get back to where I was or even better in no time. I have a few days off work coming up shortly and that should help as I can do some longer runs.
I am trying to eat better this week and I will be trying to have less snacks, hopefully by the end of the week I will start to feel better about myself.
