Today is my second day of this diet and I decided that it was a good idea to weigh myself so that I could see my progress as I go along. My weight as of this morning is 215.2 lbs. I am not happy with this weight but it is to be expected after not doing so well with my diet or exercise recently.
Yesterday was heard for me. Eating about 2,000 calories when I have gotten used to eating a lot more than this was very hard. It was difficult for me to think about much other than food by the time that it got to later in the evening.
I think that part of the issue is that I haven’t adapted my diet much (I have just reduced the calories). I think that I might have to look to incorporate some healthy and low calorie snacks to make this easier on myself.
