Due to a number of factors I haven’t been able to do any exercise other than walking over the last few days. I have however done plenty of walking recently and I have continued to try to eat a better and more balanced diet.
This week I am not at work so it is easy to get into the habit of not doing a lot during the day but I am trying my best not to do this. I am making sure that I go out for a walk at lunch time at the least.
I have lost some weight in the last week and a half. I have been weighing myself regularly to keep an eye on my progress but I am not going to officially log my weight till the end of the week.
I am hoping that by the end of the week I will feel more up to getting my life back to normal and I might even feel able to start exercising again.
