Although I have been rather distracted with things going on in my life over the last week or so and these distractions have taken me away from exercising to a large extent, I have still managed to lost some weight.
I have managed to lose just over 2 lbs in the last week and a half. I know that this is not the fastest pace of weight loss but I think that it is more important that it is sustainable in the longer term. I have quite a bit of weight to lose to get to where I want to be(about 40-50 lbs) so I think that if I deprive myself too much it will make it more likely that I don’t keep it up.
I am hoping that next week I will feel more up to exercise as well as continuing to make improvements to my diet. With this in mind I am hoping that I can lost about 2 lbs next week.
I will try to blog more about what I am eating and the exercise that I am doing in order to keep myself accountable.
