Noticing Differences

Although I am still in the early stages of my weightless journey and I am trying to do it at a slow but steady pace I have already started to notice a few differences already.

I have now lost a little bit over 5 lbs and I am starting to notice that some of my clothes have started to get a bit loser and more comfortable than they were before. I have also notice that some of the things that were a bit of a struggle a few weeks ago have gotten a bit easier.

I am still not feeling particularly healthy at the moment, I have a long way to go before I am feeling fit again and a lot of weight to lose before I am at the weight that I would like to be at. I am actively working to increase my activity levels and I am hoping that I can do more of this in the weeks to come.

Overall I would like to lose around another 40-50 lbs so you can see this is going to be a rather long journey but the progress that I have made up to this point is helping my to continue.
