Hard Week But Still Making Progress

Last week I was at university all week rather than being in the office. This means that I was learning for 8 hours or more every day. By the time that I was getting home on the evenings and had walked the dog and eaten my evening meal I was very tired and just wanted to go to sleep.

The combination of being out of the house for more hours and being so tired from such difficult days meant that it was difficult for me to make sure that I was making the best choices in terms of what I was eating. It was also very difficult to get a lot of time that I could spend moving around as most of the day was spent sitting in a classroom.

Despite this I have still managed to lose a little bit of weight this week. It wasn’t a huge loss but I am glad that the scale is starting to move in the right direction. It is also good practice for me to be keeping up with the better habits even when life makes this more difficult.

This week is back to normal so I am hoping that this will mean that I will see a much more substantial loss this week.
