New Diet

Today I signed up for a few months of weight watchers. This is not because I don’t know what I need to do to lose weight but rather I needed to try a different way of losing weight to keep my motivation up.

I have been using the same app when it comes to weight loss as long as I can remember. When I first started using the app I had a lot of success with it and lost over 3 stone. However, since I gained some of the weight back (due to things going on in my life which made if difficult to focus on my health) I haven’t had the same success with the app.

I think that a major reason for this is that I need to try something new. Using weight watchers means that I get to use different tools and hopefully this will help me to get back on track with my weight. The benefit of doing this now is that there are plenty of offers going around and the one that I selected meant that I will get a box with a bunch of things in it to help me (I will post a picture of this when if arrives). If this plan doesn’t work out for me I will try some of the other plans out there until i find something that works for me.
