This week I have been eating quite a bit of cake and chocolate because it was my birthday and I was off work. I don’t feel too bad about this because it is only one week and next week I will be back to eating healthy again.
I am glad that I have still managed to maintain my weight (rather than putting on weight) this week. Hopefully this means that when I go back to eating healthy next week I will lose some weight. I guess we will see what happens next week.
I have done really well with my running this week however. I have managed to do 33km this week. This is more than I need to do a week to keep on target which means I was able to catch up a bit from the week I missed when I was ill.
Overall this was a good week for me. I am back to work next week and back to eating healthy as well as exercising.
