So my running has been going well even despite the bad weather that we have been having over the last few days. There has been a lot of ice on the ground and the forecast for later in the week is suggesting that we might even get snow.
This morning I did my first morning run in a while. There was a few patches of ice on the floor but they were easy enough to avoid by the street lights. Even though it is dark and cold in the morning I still prefer to run in the morning as it makes the rest of the day much more relaxed.
My diet on the other hand has not been so great. I have a real issue when it comes to crisps. I am generally good at avoiding unhealthy food but when it comes to crisps I have almost no restraint. Even having small bags of crisps in the house seems to be an issue.
It looks as though from now on I won’t be able to have any crisps in the house from now on!
Another tip from Brene Brown: put a picture of running shoes next to your crisps. Decide instead to go for a run whenever the craving hits.
